Conclusion of the agreement

The Internship Agreements are stipulated with the University of Turin. This allows the Companies/Host Organizations that request it, to welcome any student/recent graduate from any course activated by the University of Turin.

To request the Agreement:

Companies interested in activating an internship can communicate their willingness to host a SAA student by filling out the internship availability form and sending it by email to stage.saa@unito.it. All interested companies can resort to this service without any obligation, and stipulate a special Internship Agreement and a Training Project with the University of Turin at the end of a selection process by following the instructions below:

After receiving the Internship Availability Form, the Job Placement Office sends to the company (which is accredited on UniTo portal) the students’ curricula that meet their requirements. The company can therefore contact the candidates directly to undergo a selection process.

The Job Placement office drafts the agreement and sends it to the company in pdf format, by email. The company signs the document and return it by ordinary mail to the following address: SAA - Ufficio Job Placement, Via Ventimiglia n° 115 - 10126 - Torino, including a stamp duty of 16.00 Euros.

The Job Placement will send a copy of the Agreement in pdf format via e-mail to the host company/institution.

Only after the Agreement has been signed by the Host company, returned to the Job Placement Office and signed by the Promoting Institution, it will be possible to proceed with the preparation of the Training Project.
