Results of learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should demonstrate the ability to:
a) Knowledge and understanding: know and understand the basic principles and models beyond the management of the firms
b) How to apply the basic tools: learn the basic tools necessary for the analysis of managerial issues
c) Autonomy of judgement: identify autonomously the proper model of management accordingly to the analyzed firm and the proper strategy for each model
d) Communication skills: Attend a job interview, considering what has been said over the subject in the classroom.
- Al termine del corso gli studenti dovranno dimostrare di essere in grado di:
a) Conoscenza e comprensione: conoscere e comprendere i principi e i modelli di management alla base della gestione aziendale.
b) Applicare gli strumenti di base: apprendere gli strumenti di base necessari per l'analisi delle problematiche manageriali.

Course delivery
The module is workshop-based and activity-driven with less emphasis on formal lectures. Students will use articles and group activities to develop their skills. Their learning will be developed through discussion, presentations and talks with managers.Il modulo è basato su workshop e attività. Lessons will be supported by seminars (if possible), exercises and business cases.
The final exam is written: students' are examined through a quiz with closed-ended questions (16/20 questions) and a defined time to complete the quiz (e.g 15 minutes).
Le lezioni saranno supportate da seminari (se possibile), esercitazioni e casi aziendali.
